THE BEST KIMCHI FRIED RICE 🍚🥢
Ingredients:
- Bacon
- 1/2 cup Mr & Mrs Kimchi
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- Salt pepper to taste
- Pinch of korean pepper flakes *optional
- Green onions scallions
- Egg
- Sesame seed for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- In a low heat pan, sauté bacon.
- Then add 1/2 cup Mr and Mrs Kimchi.
- Add cup of rice with juice of Mr & Mrs Kimchi, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all together and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions *scallions.
- Top with sunny side up egg.
- Ready to serve and eat.
